About Me
I have lived in Inverurie for 9 years and grew up in a rural area of the Garioch. I have spent time living overseas in Europe and Australia, and lived in London for 7 years. I spent ten years working in various roles in corporate education and training before undertaking a Masters (conversion) in Psychological Studies in 2022-23. Following this I have changed career and now work in a third sector role, as manager at Udny Community Trust. I love being outdoors and enjoy exploring Inverurie and wider Aberdeenshire with my partner and our Border Terrier.
Why I became a Trustee
I have a particular interest in the health and wellbeing benefits of community participation and involvement and I enjoy getting involved in projects that make our beautiful little corner of the world even better. I believe it's important to get involved and do what I can to help effect positive change in the place I call home!
Why I love Inverurie
It's a vibrant town with lots to offer and we're so lucky to have such wonderful countryside right on our doorstep.
Fun Fact
I'm undefeated at Dobble.
